1. The Philosophy

MindFull Studios was built to fight the Data Brokerage economy. It would be hypocritical of us to participate in it. We believe that your business data, your creative output, and your customer lists belong to you.

2. Information We Collect

Forensic Diagnostic Tool: If you use our diagnostic tool, we collect the business information you explicitly provide (Name, Email, Website, and Architecture answers). This is used solely to generate your readiness report and to contact you regarding your results.

Contact Forms: Information submitted via email or contact forms is used only for direct communication.

3. How We Use It

We use your information to:
• Deliver the services you requested.
• Communicate strategy and consulting options.
• Improve our internal offerings.

We DO NOT:
• Sell your email to third-party lists.
• Sell your architecture data to tech giants.
• Use tracking pixels to follow you around the internet.

4. Your Sovereign Data

If you hire us to build a Sovereign AI System, we do not retain access to it. Once the build is complete and handed over, you hold the keys. We cannot access your local server, your database, or your logs unless you explicitly grant us temporary maintenance access.

5. Updates

We may update this policy as we launch new services (like the future Integrity Brokerage). However, our core commitment to "Data Sovereignty" will never change.
