1. The Relationship

MindFull Studios provides consulting, hardware configuration, and software engineering services. When you hire us, you are paying for Labor and Architecture, not a perpetual license.

2. Ownership

You Own the Asset. Unlike SaaS companies, we do not claim ownership of the custom models or databases we build for you. Once the project is delivered and paid for, the hardware and the software configuration on your local machine belongs to you.

3. No Subscriptions

Unless explicitly stated for a specific ongoing maintenance contract, our builds are One-Time Fees. We do not charge monthly rent for software you have already purchased.

4. Liability & "Ghost Mode"

While we build systems with high-grade security (Silent Sentinel, Air-Gapping), no system is 100% invulnerable.

The "Active Defense": Our security protocols include aggressive countermeasures (IP logging, database severing). By using our systems, you acknowledge that these automated defenses may trigger during authorized testing if not properly configured. MindFull Studios is not liable for data unavailability caused by the system protecting itself.

5. Integrity Requirement

We reserve the right to refuse service to any entity intending to use our "Mischief" tools for illegal activities, fraud, or unethical data harvesting. We build shields, not swords for villains.
